Go with Wellers first, if you live in Mountain Home. I called and they happened to be able to come out with short wait time. I know this won't be the case for everyone, but it was for me. This was just the cherry on the cake though, as their professionalism was apparent throughout the whole visit. They answered all of my questions and were more than happy to walk me through what they were doing. They had an idea of what was wrong shortly after arrival, but they still troubleshot thoroughly and made sure. I got the feeling they cared about my situation, and I was a valued customer/client, not just another house to go to for the day. This morning I contacted Weller's Heating and Cooling about a couple of items that were found in a recent home inspection. Both items were addressed and completed today. My husband and I are extremely pleased and highly recommend Weller's to anyone who requires any of the many services they offer. Professional, polite service! Had to reach out due to my A/C not turning on and they were willing to work with my timeline and able to fit me into their schedule the next day. Two men showed up, introduced themselves, but unfortunately I was half asleep so I don’t remember their names (sorry guys). They were in and out in approximately 20 minutes and I couldn’t have asked for better. They took a look at all units involved, assured that everything was in proper order (I.e. no fuses blown, suspected wiring issues) and got it kicked on again. At the end of it all, they said it was a free service since it was such a quick visit and just wanted a nice Google review. Give Weller’s a try next time because I certainly will!
